What moves the price
- Exact size, glass type, Low-E, tempered or laminated
- How many units, and whether they are done in one visit
- Access: upper floors, fixed units, lifts, two-person lifts
- Same day work, boarding up, and after hours calls
Questions about the numbers
Is this the price I pay?
No. It is a rough range only. Your final cost can come in lower or higher. We confirm one firm number after we measure, and it does not move after that.
Why can it come in lower?
Small stock sizes, single pane glass, several units on the same visit and easy ground floor access all bring the number down.
Why can it come in higher?
Oversized or tempered and laminated glass, Low-E coatings, upper floors, boarding up and same day work all add cost.
Are taxes included?
No. Ranges are installed, before tax, glass or repair only. We do not do full window and frame replacement.
